Equalizer Bearing Assembly
  • All Purpose (AP) high strength steel bearing with built-in seals
  • Lubricated from ground level for safe, quick and easy routine maintenance
  • Utilizes Heavy duty, double row tapered anti-friction bearings
  • Housing bolted to the walking beam for easy removal, when required

Saddle Bearing Assembly
  • Utilizes heavy duty double row tapered anti-friction bearings
  • Metal-to-metal seal eliminates over-lubrication damage
  • Locally available bearings and seals

Wrist Pin Assembly
  • Self-aligning high capacity double row spherical bearing eliminates field adjhustment
  • High alloy steel sleeves in the crank hole eliminate damage and downtime
  • High finished seal area for proper operation and long seal life
  • Flush-mounted grease fittings prevent damage during transport and maintenance

Brake Assembly
  • Smooth positive linkage system provides maximum stopping power
  • External brake design has positive stop safety pawl

Counterweight
  • Easily adjusted counterbalance by one person
  • Calibrated markings assure accurate adjustment for all ECB requirements

The Liberty Lift Enhanced Geometry (EG) Pumping Unit offers an advanced configuration that maximizes efficiency, providing its user with a high performance unit that is durable and reliable.   The Liberty EG is designed to achieve optimum mechanical efficiency during the pumping cycle’s upstroke, with 192° crank rotation for maximum pump fillage.  Its reduced acceleration during the upstroke cycle lowers sucker rod forces and peak torque requirements.
