Liberty Lift is pleased to offer a variety of Reconditioned/Field-Ran pumping unit options to our customers. These pre-owned units undergo a thorough reconditioning process by our first-class service team before receiving our seal of approval for reentry to the oilfield.
FIELD-RAN UNITS
Do you need a solid pumping unit but cannot justify the economics for a new or reconditioned unit? Liberty Lift also offers field-ran pumping unit options for operators with these needs. Liberty Lift Field-Ran units are brought in, inspected, and ensured to be ready to go for operation.
LIBERTY LIFT’S COMPREHENSIVE RECONDITIONING PROCESS
From our first-in-class field service team, we bring each unit into one of our numerous service locations across the U.S. and complete a thorough inspection of the pumping unit.
The unit then undergoes a thorough remanufacturing process that includes cleaning, lubricating, tightening, repainting, straightening, and/or replacing parts that get worked the hardest in the field, such as:
- Bearings
- Saddle
- Crank pins
- Oil
- Nuts, bolts, washers
- Beams
- Gear reducer
- Gear teeth
Following this, we utilize our own service team to set the remanufactured unit on its new location. Utilizing this “in-house” process allows Liberty Lift to have our hands on the equipment every step of the way, from tear-down to installation, which in turn allows us to supply a better finished product to the customer than that of any of our competitors.
