Plunger Lift Equipment

Improving Gas & Fluid Production

Plunger lift is a low-cost artificial lift technique that has become more popular with operators in the last decade thanks to product improvements and innovations that allow plunger lift to be utilized in higher producing wells. Operators can now benefit from the added efficiency of a plunger earlier in their life cycle.

Innovative Products for Utilizing Plunger Lift

Customer satisfaction is priority one with Liberty Lift. Therefore, the quality, durability, and performance of the product and our service is held to a very high standard. Great attention is taken in developing each product to see if any improvements can be made.

Lubricators

The most unique design and look on the market. Internal housings and components are compatible with multiple lubricators and plunger types currently offered. Adapters and conversion caps can be made available for the rest.

Benefits:

  • The lightweight cap with ergonomic triangular handles makes inspecting the surface tools and the plunger much easier and safer.
  • Unique plunger catch design.
  • By extending the length above the top outlet and lowering the catch housing, better flow and plunger retention is achieved.

Available Sizes:

2 3/8” 3K and 5K with manual or auto-catch assembly

2 7/8” 3K and 5K

Pneumatic Pressure Control Valves & Pilots

Liberty Lift offers a variety of high-pressure pneumatic valves and pilots. All of these are produced to our high standards and come with our labeling and coloring.

These give the operator another option with improvements at a very competitive price when compared to more common similar valves currently used in the industry today.

These can be used with plunger installations and for additional field applications.

Pneumatic Pressure Control Valves

KRV10

  • 2” connections
  • 4,000-psi rating
  • Up to 1” trim size

KRV30

  • 2” connections
  • 3,900-psi rating
  • Full port design
  • Carbide upgrade available

Pneumatic Pressure Control Pilots

PC48

The PC48 is a rugged, economical pressure control pilot. It can be used anywhere pressure control of high-pressure gas is required. When used in conjunction with a control valve, it may serve as either a back pressure regulator or pressure reducing regulator. It can also be used to send a signal when the sense pressure goes above or falls below a given set point. The standard PC48 functions by sensing a high-pressure signal and outputting a low-pressure signal when the high-pressure signal falls below the set point. A direct acting option is also available and works by outputting a low-pressure signal when the high-pressure signal rises above the set point. A NACE option is also available.

PC88

The PC88 is a rugged, economical pressure control pilot. It can be used anywhere pressure control of high-pressure gas is required. When used in conjunction with a control valve, it may serve as either a back pressure regulator or pressure reducing regulator. It can also be used to send a signal when the sense pressure goes above or falls below a given set point. The standard PC88 is available as direct acting or reverse acting. The action is field reversible. The PC88 Direct functions by sensing a high-pressure signal and outputting a low-pressure signal when the high-pressure signal rises above the set point. The PC88 Reverse outputs a low-pressure signal when the high-pressure signal falls below the set point. A NACE option is also available.

Downhole Springs

The patent-pending interlocking spring assembly connection makes this the 1st fully redressable and most durable downhole spring on the market.

Benefits:

  • The assembly requires no pinning, welding, threading, or pressing to combine the spring with the flow cage and spring mandrel.
  • By purchasing a spring compression assembly tool, the operator only has to replace the worn spring instead of the whole assembly, saving up to a third of the cost.
  • Operators in large plunger operating fields with scheduled continual spring inspections can save a considerable amount of operating expense.

Available Sizes:

2 3/8” and 2 7/8” Heavy Duty

2 3/8” and 2 7/8” Extra Heavy Duty

Bypass, Fast Fall & Conventional Plungers

Liberty Lift has designed, manufactured, and selected plungers to cover all the applications throughout the life cycle of the well.

Every plunger is subjected to the harshest and driest repeated impacts in Liberty Lift’s test stand, then they are tested in the field to track fall speed and performance in various well conditions. This is to make sure they measure up to the highest durability, quality, and performance standards.
