CEO and President

A founding member of Liberty Lift, Bobby brings four decades of artificial lift expertise to his leadership role. His background includes senior leadership positions overseeing rod lift, gas lift, hydraulic lift and plunger lift operations across multiple regions and product lines.

Bobby’s entrepreneurial track record and deep understanding of artificial lift technologies have shaped the way Liberty Lift operates today. He has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened operational discipline and driven consistent innovation across the company. His leadership continues to guide Liberty Lift’s growth, culture and long-term strategy as the company expands its footprint, broadens its product lines and supports customers in every major U.S. basin.

Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President

Don brings 39 years of artificial lift and sales management experience to his role. A founding member of the company, Don has been pivotal in building and scaling the sales organization since 2012.

He previously spent 27 years at Lufkin Industries, where he advanced through roles including Sales Engineer, District Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager before ultimately leading global sales for Lufkin’s reciprocating rod lift products.

Don leads Liberty Lift’s sales team with a focus on customer alignment, market-driven solutions and lasting partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Logan Evans

Logan Evans

Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President

Since joining Liberty Lift in 2014, Logan has played a key role in advancing operational excellence across the company. He brings more than 14 years of diverse oilfield experience spanning drilling, completions and production operations. He applies these insights daily to help streamline execution and drive cross-functional efficiency.

Prior to joining Liberty Lift, Logan held a variety of technical roles at Weatherford before serving as Asia Pacific Regional Manager for Production. In that position, he led artificial lift and production optimization initiatives throughout Southeast Asia and Australia.

His background includes hands-on expertise in HSE leadership, operations management, account development and P&L oversight. Logan holds a Bachelor of Business from Texas A&M University.

Trevor Evans

Trevor Evans

Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President

Trevor has played a central role in Liberty Lift’s growth and product line evolution since joining the company in 2013. With more than a decade in the oilfield industry, he has led the launch and expansion of key product lines including XL Pumping Units, Sucker Rods, Downhole Rod Pumps and Automation. He has also been a driving force behind strengthening Liberty Lift’s rod lift portfolio to reflect customer needs and real-world field performance.

His leadership spans product development, supply chain, inventory management, logistics and acquisition integration. Trevor’s ability to align these functions with Liberty Lift’s long-term vision supports operational excellence and responsible growth. He is known for integrity, clarity and follow-through.

Trevor earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

Wesley McDaniel

Wesley McDaniel

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Wesley McDaniel brings more than a decade of oilfield operations and artificial lift expertise to Liberty Lift. Since joining in 2017, he’s advanced through key roles and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence across Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota.

Prior to Liberty Lift, Wesley trained crews across North America, designed rod lift systems, and supported long stroke pumping and sucker rod operations for Weatherford. Wesley began in sales and marketing, giving him a sharp eye for customer needs paired with field execution.

Based in Denver, he leads Liberty Lift’s Rockies and Bakken operations, driving safety, performance, and scalable service in some of North America’s toughest basins. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston.

Sam Gandee

Sam Gandee

Senior Vice President, Engineering and Supply Chain

Sam Gandee brings more than 40 years of engineering, design and product development experience in reciprocating rod lift systems. Based in Liberty Lift’s Fort Worth engineering office, Sam has been with the company since its founding and has played a key role in shaping product reliability, structural performance and supply chain integrity.

Before Liberty Lift, Sam held senior engineering roles at Weatherford and American International Manufacturing Corp., where he helped advance surface pumping unit design and standardization. His expertise spans structural load analysis, failure prevention and long-stroke applications.

Today, Sam oversees engineering, product development, supplier relationships, and manufacturing quality to ensure Liberty Lift delivers high-performance artificial lift solutions tailored to the evolving technical needs of the oilfield.

Matt Corcoran

Matt Corcoran

Chief Financial Officer

Matt Corcoran brings more than a decade of strategic finance, corporate development, treasury and risk management experience to Liberty Lift. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads long-range planning, evaluates growth opportunities and drives M&A activity that advances the company’s long-term vision.

His background includes leading FP&A, budgeting, corporate development and major transaction work at Hi-Crush, where he was instrumental to the company’s merger with Atlas Energy Solutions in 2024.

At Liberty Lift, Matt partners with senior leadership to align financial strategy with operational goals and manage risk across a growing organization. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Todd McElreath

Chief Accounting Officer

Todd McElreath joins Liberty Lift Solutions as Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance. With more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience in both public and private companies, Todd will ensure efficient accounting procedures are grounded in strong business practices and facilitate analytic based operational focused decision-making.

Previously, Todd was Corporate Controller at Superior Energy Services, and he has held senior accounting roles across oilfield services, midstream energy, and offshore drilling. He holds a BS in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is an active Texas CPA. Todd brings a pragmatic, results-oriented approach focused on collaboration, financial integrity, and business alignment.

Jody Kerwin

Jody Kerwin

General Counsel

Jody Kerwin serves as General Counsel at Liberty Lift Solutions. A licensed Texas attorney since 2003, he oversees the company’s legal affairs, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance and risk management.

Jody advises on creditor-debtor matters, securities, oil and gas, real estate and finance. He works closely with cross-functional teams and external counsel to structure sound deals and strengthen internal controls. He was previously a partner at DuBois Bryant & Campell LLP and a senior associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP.

A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Jody combines legal acumen with practical business insight to support Liberty Lift’s growth and integrity. He is committed to proactive risk mitigation and delivering strategic legal solutions.

Brandon Herda

Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment

Brandon Herda

Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment

Brandon Herda brings more than three decades of environmental, health and safety leadership to Liberty Lift. He joined the company in 2026 to lead HSE strategy and governance across manufacturing operations and field crews, aligning safety practices with business objectives and strengthening regulatory readiness.

Brandon has held senior HSE leadership roles at Maverick Natural Resources, Nabors Industries and Hess Corporation, leading safety and operational risk programs across upstream and midstream operations from the Bakken to West Africa. His experience spans onshore and offshore worksites, large multidisciplinary EHS teams, and complex drilling, production and industrial environments.

A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), Brandon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.

Krystle Jeffery

Vice President, Human Resources

Krystle Jeffery is the Vice President of Human Resources at Liberty Lift Solutions and leads HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee development and culture initiatives across the organization.

Krystle partners with leadership and managers to build an engaged and high-performing workforce. Her expertise spans recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration and employee relations. She’s known for implementing programs that enhance retention, streamline HR processes and support organizational growth.

Krystle’s collaborative approach and strategic mindset ensure that Liberty Lift attracts and develops top talent while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resources Management and Services from Ashford University.

John Anthony

John Anthony

Vice President, Engineering

John Anthony, PE, serves as Vice President of Engineering at Liberty Lift Solutions and has been with the company since 2012. He brings more than 20 years of experience in artificial lift, including previous engineering roles at Weatherford.

At Liberty Lift, John leads engineering operations and drives innovation in lift technologies. He plays a key role in project execution and systems design, ensuring performance, safety, and efficiency meet industry standards.

A registered Professional Engineer, John earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he works closely with sales, operations, and field teams to support reliable product delivery. He also champions mentorship, technical rigor, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Cris Bruyere

Cris Bruyere

Vice President of Operations, Permian

Cris Bruyere brings more than a decade of field leadership and operational expertise to Liberty Lift. Since joining in 2014, he’s advanced from Operations Supervisor to VP of Permian Operations, known for his hands-on style, customer focus and drive for excellence.

Based in Midland, Cris oversees field operations across the Permian Basin, managing service quality, installations, logistics and customer satisfaction in one of the country’s busiest oil regions. Earlier, he led branch operations in North Dakota and West Texas, directing crews on pumping unit installs, repairs and jet pump applications while handling scheduling, inventory and financial controls.

A Texas A&M graduate, Cris builds strong teams, fosters accountability and maintains deep customer relationships.

Taylor Crow

Vice President of International Sales

Taylor Crow brings a decade of artificial lift sales and leadership experience to his role as Vice President of International Sales at Liberty Lift. Since joining the company in 2016, he has advanced through a series of regional sales and product leadership roles, most recently leading the Conventional Beam Pumping Unit product line in Houston while also managing Liberty Lift's business in Canada.

Before joining Liberty Lift, Taylor worked at DistributionNOW as a Supply Chain Management Development Trainee and later as a Business Development Lead.

As Vice President of International Sales, Taylor now oversees all sales efforts outside the United States, drawing on his technical knowledge and customer-first approach to drive growth in Liberty Lift's key international markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

Tim Kelley

Tim Kelley serves as Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Liberty Lift Solutions. With three decades of experience in manufacturing, he has led multi-project transformations, plant operations and supply chain excellence.

Since joining Liberty Lift in 2020, Tim has driven efficiency and reliability across manufacturing and supplier networks. Previously at Weatherford, he held senior roles such as Plant Superintendent, Manufacturing General Manager and Transformation Project Manager.

Tim combines deep operational expertise with strategic leadership to optimize production workflows, enhance product quality and support growth across Liberty Lift’s regional facilities. He’s known for aligning process improvements with business goals and delivering consistent results in competitive industry environments.

Ryan Kosmicki

Vice President of Operations, Rockies and Bakken

Ryan Kosmicki

Vice President of Operations, Rockies and Bakken

Ryan Kosmicki serves as Vice President of Operations, Rockies and Bakken, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the artificial lift business to the role. He joined Liberty Lift through its acquisition of Powder River Hydraulics and has since held product line, operations and sales leadership roles across the region, most recently as Director of Sales for the Bakken and Rockies.

Ryan co-founded Powder River Hydraulics in 2018, building a jet pump service company serving Gillette, Wyoming and Williston, North Dakota. Before that, he held U.S. and regional Business Development leadership roles, along with U.S. and regional Jet Pump product line positions, during nearly a decade at Weatherford.

Based in Denver, Ryan will continue leading growth across the Rockies and Bakken. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.

Matt Raglin

Vice President of Automation and Optimization

Matt Raglin

Vice President of Automation and Optimization

Matt Raglin has 40 years of experience in artificial lift, automation and rod pump optimization. He began his career at Diagnostic Services before founding Reservoir Evaluation Services and later Spirit Global Energy Solutions, where he developed the Genesis Controller (now ChampionX’s Smarten Controller) and multiple patented downhole tools. He holds several U.S. patents focused on gas and sand mitigation.

In 2018, Raglin founded WellWorx Energy, introducing the ToolWorx product line, GreenShot automated fluid level system, and the Ken Well Manager, an IIoT controller for rod lift. He has trained hundreds of engineers, published numerous technical papers and partnered with Texas universities on field-based internships. Following Liberty Lift’s 2024 acquisition of WellWorx, Raglin now serves as Vice President of Automation.

David Snow

Since joining Liberty Lift in 2014, David Snow has bridged technology and people strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure, digital initiatives, HR processes and organizational development. He also handled operations and financial oversight as the Automation product line was developed - just one example of his ability to adapt and lead across functions.

Previously, David held roles in IT management, organizational development and HR at Jamieson Manufacturing and Jamieson Fence Supply, where he built systems to support manufacturing and workforce development.

With a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Organizational & HR Development from Abilene Christian University, David is a strategic thinker with deep technical and human-centered insight who plays a central role in driving culture, system optimization and operational excellence at Liberty Lift.

Tommy Vineyard

Vice President, ESP Operations

Tommy Vineyard

Vice President, ESP Operations

Tommy Vineyard brings more than 50 years of artificial lift experience across international and domestic operations. He most recently served as President and CEO of Elite Submersible Pumps, acquired by Liberty Lift Solutions, and previously managed ESP operations for Carbon Creek Energy in Wyoming.

Earlier in his career, Tommy led Global Business Development for Halliburton following its 2011 acquisition of Global Oilfield Services, serving as Vice President of Operations. He has also held senior leadership roles at Wood Group ESP, Borets and Baker Hughes Centrilift, and co-founded Wood Group ESP's Western Hemisphere operations.

Recognized as an industry leader in artificial lift, Tommy has served on the SPE ESP Symposium committee for nine years, completed Harvard's General Manager Program and has been a member of SPE for the majority of his career.

Wes Wheeler brings 15 plus years of artificial lift sales and leadership experience to his role as Vice President of Houston Business Development at Liberty Lift. Since joining the company in 2013, he has been instrumental in shaping regional sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and leading a high-performing commercial team.

Before Liberty Lift, Wes spent nearly three years in pumping unit sales at Lufkin Industries, where he built a strong foundation in rod lift systems and developed a technical, customer-first approach that continues to guide his leadership.

Appointed VP in 2025, Wes now leads Liberty Lift’s Houston-area business development with a focus on tailored lift solutions, long-term partnerships, and strategic growth in a highly competitive market.
