The bottom hole assembly of the Liberty Lift system centers around the high-flow jet pump placed in the well. With no moving parts, the pump handles high fluid volumes with heavy solids and gas.
Depending on fluid properties and the best solution for unloading the well, the pump can be configured for standard flow, injecting power fluid down the tubing and taking returns up the casing. Alternatively, the reverse flow jet system allows pumping down the casing annulus with returns up the tubing string.
The system operates efficiently across multiple applications: shallow or deep wells, vertical, horizontal or multiply deviated. Low operating costs, reduced maintenance and the ability to wireline or hydraulically retrieve downhole components without workover intervention make it a strong and practical choice across a wide range of well conditions from initial production through the full life of the well.
Liberty Lift’s jet pump system is compatible with a full range of surface pump configurations, including the LLS plunger pump, diaphragm and HPS options.
