Liberty lift | electric submersible pumps (esp)

Electric submersible pump systems (ESP)

High-volume lift. Built for depth.

High-volume artificial lift engineered for demanding oil and gas wells, backed by Liberty Lift design, service and support across thousands of ESP systems.

Proven ESP systems for oil and gas production

Liberty Lift supplies and services electric submersible pump (ESP) systems for oil and gas wells, with more than 2,000 ESP systems supplied and serviced across a wide range of operating conditions. From high-rate unconventional horizontals to waterflood applications, our systems are engineered for the realities of modern production.

In the Permian, Liberty Lift ESP systems run in both conventional vertical and unconventional horizontal wells at setting depths up to 12,000 ft, producing from 500 to 10,000 BFPD in high sand and high gas environments. Every application is backed by in-house engineering design and a service-first commitment that treats run-life and reliability as the measure of success.

Engineered, installed and supported by Liberty Lift

Liberty Lift performs engineering design on every application to size and select the right system for each well. All ESP equipment carries a 12-month standard warranty for materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted. Liberty Lift was built with a strong focus on service, and the ESP team carries that commitment forward; each system’s success depends on proper design, quality servicing and equipment that operates as designed to maximize reliability and run life.

Our field service team stays engaged well past startup, monitoring performance and stepping in whenever adjustments are needed to keep a system running at its best.

ESP automation and monitoring

Liberty Lift pairs every ESP system with variable speed drive control and downhole sensing for precise, responsive operation. We also offer monitoring and optimization services to track system performance and help maximize run-life.

Real-time data from downhole sensors and surface drives gives our team early visibility into changing well conditions, from gas interference to shifting fluid loads, so adjustments can be made before they become failures. Speed and operating parameters can be tuned remotely, reducing the need for a site visit every time conditions change.

Beyond day-to-day monitoring, our team reviews system performance on an ongoing basis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. The goal is the same one that drives every part of our ESP program: fewer surprises, longer run life and production that keeps moving.
